But as of now, it seems to be giving out a tough time to the end-users. Many of them have voiced their concern that their Garmin smartwatch is getting rugged with an inaccurate GPS issue. Whether they are walking, running, or carrying out any other physical activity, the watch is giving out totally inaccurate and random locations. If you are also on the same page, then this guide shall help you out. Follow along for the fix.
How to Fix Garmin Smartwatch Inaccurate GPS Issue
By default, Garmin uses the GPS + GLONASS Satellite System setting. However, it seems to be going through a rough patch as of now. Therefore, you should instead opt for one of the following GPS settings- GPS only, GPS + GALILEO, WAAS/EGNOS, or Multi-GNSS. So change this setting from the Setup System page and then test if it fixes the inaccurate GPS issue in the Garmin smartwatch. As far as the official stance on this matter is concerned, the developers are yet to acknowledge this issue, let alone give out any ETA for the rollout of a fix. As and when any of these two things happen, we will update this guide accordingly. In the meantime, the aforementioned workaround is your best bet.
